Strategy, Storytelling, and Program Development for Organizations Building What’s Next
I help organizations turn ideas into structured, executable programs—whether that’s an international employee engagement initiative, a multi-stakeholder community partnership, or a creative project that needs clarity, momentum, and follow-through.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution. With a background spanning corporate engagement, global program management, and television development and production, I bring a disciplined yet creative approach to building initiatives that resonate, scale, and deliver measurable results.
What I Do
I provide consulting and advisory support focused on program and project development, stakeholder engagement, and execution strategy, including:
Program and initiative design for corporate, community, and engagement teams
Project management for complex, multi-department or multi-regional initiatives
Evaluation and refinement of existing programs, workflows, and partnerships
Story development and narrative framing for internal and external audiences
Executive-ready materials, reporting structures, and implementation guidance
My clients value structure, clarity, and thoughtful execution—but also want solutions that are creative, human, and not pulled from a template.
What Companies Come to Me For
Organizations work with me when:
Programs need focus or momentum
Initiatives exist, but lack cohesion, ownership, or a clear path forward.Projects are complex and cross-functional
Multiple teams, stakeholders, or regions are involved, and coordination is critical.Ideas need shaping before execution
Leadership knows what they want to do but needs help defining how and why.Storytelling matters
Whether communicating impact, purpose, or vision, the narrative must be clear, compelling, and aligned with strategy.A fresh perspective is needed
My non-linear career path allows me to approach challenges creatively while still delivering practical, execution-ready solutions.
My Process
I begin by assessing the current state: goals, stakeholders, workflows, constraints, and success metrics. This includes reviewing existing materials, observing how teams operate, interviewing key team members, and identifying gaps or friction points that may not be immediately visible.
Evaluate
Using those insights, I design a clear, actionable framework tailored to the organization’s objectives. This may include program structure, timelines, roles and responsibilities, engagement strategies, and narrative positioning.
Build the Strategy
Implement
I support execution by building tools, workflows, and project plans that teams can realistically carry forward. I work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and momentum during rollout.
After implementation, I assess how the strategy performs in practice. Based on real-world execution, I provide refined guidelines, best practices, and recommendations to strengthen outcomes and sustainability.

About Me
I began my career in television because I fell in love with its ability to tell stories that reach mass audiences—stories that can create awareness, shift perspectives, and educate both overtly and subliminally on important societal issues. I worked in show development, talent packaging, and production at Marvel Television, Creative Artists Agency, and MSNBC, supporting executives, writers, and producers in shaping projects from idea through execution.
Over time, I expanded that skill set into corporate and community engagement, where storytelling, strategy, and execution are just as critical. At Biogen, I managed large-scale initiatives including a national health equity research project and a global volunteer program spanning more than 20 countries. Across roles, my work has consistently focused on developing ideas, aligning stakeholders, managing complexity, and turning vision into action. LA Weiss Consulting brings these experiences together—offering organizations both strategic rigor and creative perspective.
